What are your rates?

Do you have internet?
Yes. We have high speed internet in each treehouse.
Do you allow children?
Yes! We do not have age restrictions for guests; however, we do require any children under the age of 18 be always accompanied by an adult at all times when on our property.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do allow pets in our pet friendly treehouses. Check the listings page for the Pet Friendly badge and applicable Pet Fee! For the 1- and 2-bedroom treehouses, we follow ADA guidelines regarding Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals do not qualify. You agree to notify us when making your reservation should you have a qualified-under-ADA-guidelines Service Animals.
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. For each pet, there is a $100 fee. There is a limit of 2 pets per pet-friendly treehouse.
Are you wheel chair accessible?
Our “no step entry” treehouses, which are accessed via ramp, are great for those loved ones who need easier access to their treehouse. The Spruce is ADA inspired and has a no-step ramp entry, equipped with ADA doors, ADA shower pan, and grab bars both inside the shower and next to the toilet. Wheelchairs will only be accessible on the main floor, as lofts are accessed via a ladder. Please call with any questions!
Do the treehouses have bathrooms?
Yes. All of our treehouses have private bathrooms that include a shower, sink, and toilet.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
No, not at this time.
How many people do your treehouses accommodate and sleep?
We have treehouses of varied sizes. Our largest treehouses sleep 10 guests. Please review each treehouse’s details before booking.
Do you have any souvenirs available for purchase?
Yes, we do! Stop in our General Store at the Welcome Center!
Will Pete Nelson be there when I visit?
Pete is building amazing treehouses all around the country but he does occasionally stop by!
Is there a way to have something special setup for our overnight stay?
Yes! Feel free to reach out to staff and request it!

Yes we sure are!
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations at Treehouse Grove will become non-refundable 24-hours after the reservation has been made, at which time 100% of the Total Balance Due will be collected. Because we offer both Trip Insurance and ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ Coverage, there are no exceptions to this policy and Agents of Treehouse Grove and/or Ayres Vacation Rentals do not have ability to modify.
What is the minimum night stay?
We require a minimum 2-night stay for most nights. Some 1-night stays may be available. Please call for details.
How should I pack?
We suggest casual clothing for indoor and outdoor comfort. Comfortable shoes are a good idea for walking and hiking in the area. Bring any personal and/or grooming items for your stay as well.
Do you provide bathroom amenities?
We provide bath towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, a hair dryer and starter packs for shampoo and soap.
Will my cell phone work at Treehouse Grove?
Cell phone reception can be spotty as we are in the Smoky Mountains, but there should be service depending on the carrier. We advise that you turn on Wi-Fi calling on your phone.
